Conditions for Return:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement:

   • To be eligible for a return, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
     • The unopened package.
     • The issue with the product (e.g., defect, damage, incorrect item).
   • Without this video, returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
   • Customized dresses (e.g., tailored for specific measurements or designs) are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Timeframe for Returns:

   • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact our customer care via email or WhatsApp with the unboxing video and reason for the return.
2. Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
3. Upon inspection, if the product meets the return conditions, we will process a replacement or refund.

Replacements:
